Following a catered lunch, Spillway Fellow Nicky Buck will offer a crafting event that merges the limestone sands of sister bluffs He Mni Can and Heyaka Cokeya Owanka. (This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts & cultural heritage fund.)
